The liver is the organ of detoxification of the body. It acts as a chemical plant neutralizing all the toxins and chemicals. The liver stores blood, manufactures natural antihistamines for the immune system and metabolizes proteins, fats and carbohydrates. The American diet consists of an abundance of sugar, alcohol, rich fatty foods, preservatives and pesticides which can result in liver congestion and fatigue. Symptoms can include:
Liver and gallbladder cleansing is the same procedure. The gallbladder stores bile and releases it when needed.Bile neutralizes acid from the stomach (bile is alkaline), breaks down fats, and acts as a natural laxative for the colon. Gallstones are non-calcified hardened bile deposits that have crystallized in the gallbladder. All people who have stones in their gallbladder will always have stones in their liver. The stones can range in size from a pea to a golf ball. Becase the stones are too small and non-calcified they are not visible on ultrasound scans or x-rays. As stones grow and become more numerous their is more pressure on the liver - just as a garden hose with stones would decrease water flow.
Cleansing the liver and gallbladder is one of the most powerfull procedures to improve the body's health. The cleanses soften the gallstones and allow the stones to pass painlessly. A cleanse should be performed twice a year - spring and fall. Any dental work should be performed before the cleanse because a toxic mouth can burden the liver. After the cleanse, drink a lot of water to encourage flushing of the liver tissues, have dark green leafy salads and get adequate rest and sleep.

The Liver Cleanse Cleansing the liver of gallstones dramatically improves digestion, which is the basis of your whole health. You can expect your allergies to disappear, too, more with each cleanse you do! Incredibly, it also eliminates shoulder, upper arm, and upper back pain. You have more energy and an increased sense of well being.
Cleaning the liver bile ducts is the most powerful procedure that you can do to improve your body's health. But it should not be done before the parasite program, and for best results should follow the kidney cleanse.
It is the job of the liver to make bile, 1 to 1 1/2 (one to one and half) quarts in a day! The liver is full of tubes (biliary tubing) that deliver the bile to one large tube (the common bile duct). The gallbladder is attached to the common bile duct and acts as a storage reservoir. Eating fat or protein triggers the gallbladder to squeeze itself empty after about twenty minutes, and the stored bile finishes its trip down the common bile duct to the intestine.
For many persons, including children, the biliary tubing is choked with gallstones. Some develop allergies or hives but some have no symptoms. When the gallbladder is scanned or X-rayed nothing is seen. Typically, they are not in the gallbladder. Not only that, most are too small and not calcified, a prerequisite for visibility on X-ray. There are over half a dozen varieties of gallstones, most of which have cholesterol crystals in them. They can be black, red, white, green or tan colored. The green ones get their color from being coated with bile. Notice in the picture how many have imbedded unidentified objects. Are they fluke remains? Notice how many are shaped like corks with longitudinal grooves below the tops. We can visualize the blocked bile ducts from such shapes. Other stones are composites - made of many smaller ones - showing that they regrouped in the bile ducts some time after the last cleanse. At the very center of each stone is found a clump of bacteria, according to scientists, suggesting that a dead bit of parasite might have started the stone forming. As the stones grow and become more numerous the back pressure on the liver causes it to make less bile. It is also thought to slow the flow of lymphatic fluid. Imagine the situation if your garden hose had marbles in it. Much less water would flow, which in turn would decrease the ability of the hose to squirt out the marbles. With gallstones, much less cholesterol leaves the body, and cholesterol levels may rise Gallstones, being porous, can pick up all the bacteria, cysts viruses and parasites that are passing through the liver. In this way "nests" of infection are formed, forever supplying the body with fresh bacteria and parasite stages. No stomach infection such as ulcers or intestinal bloating can be cured permanently without removing these gallstones from the liver. For best results, ozonate the olive oil in this recipe to kill any parasite stages or viruses that may be released during the cleanse.
Preparation
Ingredients
Choose a day like Saturday for the cleanse, since you will be able to rest the next day. Take no medicines, vitamins or pills that you can do without; they could prevent success. Stop the parasite program and kidney herbs, too, the day before. Eat a no-fat breakfast and lunch such as cooked cereal, fruit, fruit juice, bread and preserves or honey (no butter or milk). This allows the bile to build up and develop pressure in the liver. Higher pressure pushes out more stones.
2:00 PM. Do not eat or drink after 2 o'clock. If you break this rule you could feel quite ill later. Get your Epsom salts ready. Mix 4 tbs. in 3 cups water and pour this into a jar. This makes four servings, 3/4 (three fourths) cup each. Set the jar in the refrigerator to get ice cold (this is for convenience and taste only).
6:00 PM. Drink one serving 3/4 (three fourths cup) of the ice cold Epsom salts. If you did not prepare this ahead of time, mix 1 tbs. in 3/4 (three fourth) cup water now. You may add 1/8 (one eight) tsp. vitamin C powder to improve the taste. You may also drink a few mouthfuls of water afterwards or rinse your mouth. Get the olive oil (ozonated, if possible) and grapefruit out to warm up.
8:00 PM. Repeat by drinking another 3/4 (three fourths) cup of Epsom salts. You haven't eaten since two o'clock, but you won't feel hungry. Get your bedtime chores done. The timing is critical for success.
9:45 PM. Pour 1/2 (half) cup (measured) olive oil into the pint jar. Add 2 drops HCl to sterilize. Wash grapefruit twice in hot water and dry; squeeze by hand into the measuring cup. Remove pulp with fork. You should have at least 1/2 (half) cup, more (up to 3/4 (three fourths) cup) is best. You may use part lemonade. Add this to the olive oil. Also add Black Walnut Tincture. Close the jar tightly with the lid and shake hard until watery (only fresh grapefruit juice does this).
Now visit the bathroom one or more time, even if it makes you late for your ten o'clock drink. Don't be more than 15 minutes late. You will get fewer stones.
10:00 PM. Drink the potion you have mixed. Take 4 ornithine capsules with the first sips to make sure you will sleep through the night. Take 8 if you already suffer from insomnia. Drinking through a large plastic straw helps it go down easier. You may use oil and vinegar salad dressing, or straight honey to chase it down between sips. Have these ready in a tablespoon on the kitchen counter. Take it all to your bedside if you want, but drink it standing up. Get it down within 5 minutes (fifteen minutes for very elderly or weak persons).
Lie down immediately. You might fail to get stones out if you don't. The sooner you lie down the more stones you will get out. Be ready for bed ahead of time. Don't clean up the kitchen. As soon as the drink is down walk to your bed and lie down flat on your back with your head up high on the pillow. Try to think about what is happening in the liver. Try to keep perfectly still for at least 20 minutes. You may feel a train of stones traveling along the bile ducts like marbles. There is no pain because the bile duct valves are open (thank you Epsom salts!). Go to sleep, you may fail to get stones out if you don't.
Next morning. Upon awakening take your third dose of Epsom salts. If you have indigestion or nausea wait until it is gone before drinking the Epsom salts. You may go back to bed. Don't take this potion before 6:00 am.
2 Hours Later. Take your fourth (the last) dose of Epsom salts. You may go back to bed again.
After 2 More Hours you may eat. Start with fruit juice. Half an hour later eat fruit. One hour later you may eat regular food but keep it light. By supper you should feel recovered.
How well did you do? Expect diarrhea in the morning. Use a flashlight to look for gallstones in the toilet with the bowel movement. Look for the green kind since this is proof that they are genuine gallstones, not food residue. Only bile from the liver is pea green. The bowel movement sinks but gallstones float because of the cholesterol inside. Count them all roughly, whether tan or green. You will need to total 2000 stones before the liver is clean enough to rid you of allergies or bursitis or upper back pains permanently. The first cleanse may rid you of them for a few days, but as the stones from the rear travel forward, they give you the same symptoms again. You may repeat cleanses at two week intervals. Never cleanse when you are [acutely] ill.
Sometimes the bile ducts are full of cholesterol crystals that did not form into round stones. They appear as a ³chaff² floating on top of the toilet bowl water. It may be tan colored, harboring millions of tiny white crystals. Cleansing this chaff is just as important as purging stones.
How safe is the liver cleanse? It is very safe. My opinion is based on over 500 cases, including many persons in their seventies and eighties. None went to the hospital; none even reported pain. However it can make you feel quite ill for one or two days afterwards, although in every one of these cases the maintenance parasite program had been neglected. This is why the instructions direct you to complete the parasite and kidney cleanse programs first.
CONGRATULATIONS You have taken out your gallstones without surgery! I like to think I have perfected this recipe, but I certainly can not take credit for its origin. It was invented hundreds, if not thousands, of years ago, THANK YOU, HERBALISTS!
This procedure contradicts many modern medical viewpoints. Gallstones are thought to be formed in the gallbladder, not the liver. They are thought to be few, not thousands. They are not linked to pains other than gallbladder attacks. It is easy to understand why this is thought: by the time you have acute pain attacks, some stones are in the gallbladder, are big enough and sufficiently calcified to see on X-ray, and have caused inflammation there. When the gallbladder is removed the acute attacks are gone, but the bursitis and other pains and digestive problems remain.
The truth is self-evident. People who have had their gallbladder surgically removed still get plenty of green, bile-coated stones, and anyone who cares to dissect their stones can see that the concentric circles and crystals of cholesterol match textbook pictures of "gallstones" exactly.

INSTRUCTIONS
(Required items are capitalized.)
Preparation: Drink as much Organic (or 100% pure) APPLE JUICE as comfortable, for 5 - 6 days before the liver flush, in order to soften gall stones. For maximum softening, add PHOSFOOD drops (ortho-phosphoric acid) to the apple juice, for a total of 60 drops per day.
Rinse your teeth after taking the ortho-phosphoric acid: Brush them briefly with a BAKING SODA solution (or Milk of Magnesia), to neutralize the acid.
"Phosfood Liquid" is from Standard Process Inc., Palmyra, WI 53156 (http://www.standardprocess.com ). It is sold by some homeopathic pharmacies, vitamin suppliers, and by some health practitioners. "Super Phos 30" is a similar product.
START -> 3 hours following dinner, and 7 hours before bed, typically on a Saturday. (For an 11 pm bedtime, finish eating dinner by 1 pm.) Take 2 Table-spoons (1 oz.) EPSOM SALTS, dissolved in 6 oz. cool water. Then rinse your mouth with water. (Use a "shaker jar" to dissolve the Epsom salts. The taste is much less objectionable with cool water.) Drink more water, as desired... Epsom salts are MgSO4 -- magnesium sulfate -- an intestinal purge, and also a muscle relaxant for the bile ducts and the gall bladder, to prevent cramps and retention of gall stones. Epsom salts are available in drug stores.
Hour 2 -> Optional, but always to be used if "stomach cramps" should occur during the liver flush. (This is rare when using epsom salts. Cramps would indicate that stones are lodged in, and blocking liver ducts.) However, this step is very beneficial in ALL cases, to stimulate the liver's release of waste and bile. Begin with several plain, warm-water enemas - then follow with a 4 cup ORGANIC COFFEE enema.
Use 1 Table-spoon (1/2 oz.) coffee per cup, drip-filtered. Dissolve 1/2 cup (4 oz.) EPSOM SALTS into the hot coffee, then cool the coffee down to 98 - 100 degrees F. (body temperature) before using. (You can rapidly cool the pan in a sink of cold water.) Retain the coffee enema for 10 - 15 minutes, while relaxing in a reclining position on a floor mat.
Hour 3 -> Take 1 Table-spoon (1/2 oz.) EPSOM SALTS, dissolved in 4 oz. cool water. Then rinse your mouth with water. Drink more water, as desired...
Hour 4.5 -> (Optional) This step is used to increase bile flow, which helps dislodge stones deep in the liver ducts. This step also helps to eliminate hunger. Eat: 8 oz. CREAM on fresh berries or FRUIT, mixed. (organic heavy cream, without carrageenan) (frozen berries are optional if necessary) or: These variations have also worked: 8 oz. CREAM and 6 - 8 oz. fruit KEFIR, mixed. or: 16 - 32 oz. vanilla HIGH-FAT ICE CREAM. (quality ice cream, without carrageenan)
Hour 7 -> Bedtime -- Have the required items prepared : Have a TIMER handy, and also ALKA-SELTZER "GOLD".
Take 4 oz. (1/2 cup) room-temp. Organic OLIVE OIL, followed by 4 oz. fresh-squeezed LEMON JUICE. Olive oil, taken following the above procedure, causes the liver ducts and the gall bladder to forcefully contract, and expel their collection of gall gravel and gall stones. (The acid lemon juice speeds the transit of the olive oil thru the stomach and into the duodenum, which helps prevent or minimize nausea.) Next: Rinse your teeth: Brush them briefly with a BAKING SODA solution (or Milk of Magnesia), to neutralize the acid of the lemon juice.
*** Go Immediately to Bed, "face down." Pull your right knee fully upwards, towards your right shoulder. A pillow under your left shoulder will help. Now relax into this position, and then shift your weight to your right side. Keep your right knee held fully upwards, to your chest. Using a TIMER, hold this position for 30 minutes. (You can briefly stretch your right leg, if necessary.) Gall bladder contractions and expulsion of stones will occur at this time. These can often be felt and heard. Optional, but helpful: Massage your gall bladder with your finger tips, up under your right ribs. After 30 minutes - relax, stretch out, and go to sleep.
If any nausea or acid-reflux is felt during the night, get up and immediately take ALKA-SELTZER "GOLD" in water (the "Gold" type contains no aspirin). This is safe and effective.
The following morning, immediately do the following : Take 2 Tea-spoons (1/3 oz.) EPSOM SALTS, dissolved in 3 oz. cool water. Next, drink 8 - 12 ounces of water. Later, drink more water or orange juice, as desired. Wait 2 - 3 hours before eating a light breakfast.
Plan to repeat the liver flush at least 6 times, especially when large gall stones (1/2 to 1+ inches across) are expelled -- or when there is a large volume of stones (more than about 1/4 cup). If few (or no) gall stones are seen, this is OK -- however this is usually a false negative. Repeat the flush in 4 - 6 weeks.
When a large volume of gall stones is seen, the liver flush should be repeated in 2 weeks.
Generally, the liver flush is repeated at 2 - 4 week intervals until the volume of gall stones seen (each time) has been greatly reduced. This can require 10 - 15 flushes, or more, because your liver will be "pulling" cholesterol out of your body, where it may have accumulated for many years or decades.
After the initial series, repeat the liver flush 2 - 4 times per year, for "maintenance."

STONE CLEANSE "Are you 'Stoned'?"

BOOK SUMMARY The following information on gall stones and the gall bladder is from the excellent book "Are you 'Stoned'?" by chiropractor Claude M. Lewis, Edith Hiett and Leon Hiett.
NON-SURGICAL REMOVAL OF GALL STONES Dr Lewis found that 99% of the people who did his gall bladder cleanse had gall stones. Dr Lewis' method removes gall stones:
PLUS you get to keep your gall bladder, which is essential to keep your body at peak health!
The ONLY ingredients you need are virgin olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
There are some optional ingredients: Prior to the treatment - apple, carrot, orange or grapefruit juice for a brief fast. During the treatment - some V8 juice or pineapple juice. Following the treatment - he strongly recommends vitamin c, methionince, choline, inositol and lecithin be added to your daily supplements.
SUGGESTED PRETREATMENT A colon irrigation to clean out the system for easier elimination of the stones is recommended prior to the treatment. You may need to start this a week or so before the treatment, to be able to have several colonic irrigations.
If you can't have colonic irrigation, consider an enema.
Do one or two days of modified fasting using fresh juices. Apple and carrot juice are probably the best. Unsweetened orange and grapefruit are next. Fresh is the first choice, fresh frozen second. Drink as much as you like!
THE
TREATMENT - RECIPE
Pick a day when you have nothing much to do the next day, and preferably even
the day after. Friday is best for most people who have the weekend off. Don't
make any plans to go out!
DO NOT EAT ANY SOLID FOOD after noon on the treatment day. You may drink water or fresh juices, as much as you like.
DO NOT HAVE ANY FLUIDS after 6.30 pm (or 30 minutes before the start of your treatment) on the day of treatment. Give your stomach time to evacuate all the fluids. Then the olive oil won't float up on top of the fluid and your chances of nausea will be greatly reduced.
YOU WILL NEED:
Place the net under you toilet seat so it will be ready when you need it. Lift the seat and place the net across the porcelain stool, then replace the seat so it will hold the net in place. Place the pitcher of water and the paint stirring stick next to the toilet ready for when you need them. Also have handy the screw-on lid for storing your gall stones and the index card.
If you should experience extreme nausea or vomiting, try chasing it with a small amount of V8 juice or pineapple juice. Or you might try adding a few drops of peppermint oil to the olive oil. Use one of these mixtures for a couple of doses and then go back to the olive oil and lemon juice without adding anything.
THE TREATMENT
12 Noon Stop eating all solid food
6.30 pm Stop drinking all fluids
7.00 pm Using a measuring device, pour ¼ cup (four tablespoonfuls) of olive oil and drink it.
Follow immediately with one or two tablespoonfuls of lemon juice.
Lie down and relax.
Repeat this every 15 minutes. Sit up, swallow it and lie down again. If possible, have someone else bring them to you.
Relax, read or watch television.
Repeat the exact dosage every 15 minutes until you have swallowed all of the pint of olive oil. If there is any lemon juice left, drink it all.
It is now probably 10.00 or 10.30 pm
Remember, if you have terrible nausea or vomiting sensations, use the peppermint oil in the olive oil, or chase the olive oil with a small amount of V8 or pineapple juice, until you can resume taking the plain olive oil and lemon juice.
While you are taking the olive oil and lemon juice, if it gets hard to swallow, take a little more time between doses. Try 20 minutes between doses, or 25 minutes. Try to swallow all of the oil and lemon juice. If you are too nauseated to get it all down, take as much as you possibly can.
You have finished the olive oil and lemon juice. Now go to bed and do your best to go to sleep. Lie on your right side. This position speeds up the process of the olive oil entering the gall bladder to act as a lubricant. This, along with the softening action of the lemon juice, will help to free the stones more easily and readily from the gall bladder. Stay in bed and forget everything until the urge to go the toilet comes.
That was really quite simple, wasn't it?
About 2.00 or 3.00 am you'll probably wake up with the unmistakeable urge to go to the toilet. It may not happen. For some, it doesn't happen until 11am the next day. If your first bowel movement is at 2.00 or 3.00 am you will probably have no stones in it, but you'll want to check to be sure.
When you have the first bowel movement after the treatment, you'll use the pitcher of water and the paint stirring stick to wash the fecal material through the net. Pour water gently and use the stick to separate the stones from the fecal material. The fecal material will be runny and wash through the net.
You can use the index card, folded in half, as a makeshift shovel. Place the stones in the jar and screw the lid on. You may want to show your stones to some people. Many will be amazed, but some will still be unbelievers. You certainly want to keep your stones for a while to remind yourself that it was all worth while. After a few days they will dissolve (because of the lemon juice and oil). If you want to keep them for an indefinite period, store them in your freezer with a label - GALL STONES. DON'T' EAT!!!!
You may notice green objects and maybe greenish liquid excrement in the toilet bowel. Those are small gall stones. Some gall stones may be dissolved by the treatment.
Dr Lewis found that 1% of people failed to pass gall stones. If you are one of these 1%, don't be disappointed. In some individuals, the powerful action of the lemon juice causes the stones to dissolve before they are passed out of the body. IF you have only greenish liquid bowel movements, the treatment has been effective.
Notice any increase in vitality that usually follows the treatment. Remember, optimum efficiency in the human body can only occur if all our God-given parts are working properly.
Some people (including doctors) will say that your gall stones are not gall stones but fecal matter. To quote from Dr Lewis: "To clarify the situation and eliminate such questions, I sent a sample of gall stones to a medical analysis lab run by a Ph.D. who heads up the Science Department at Texas Woman's University in Denton. He ran the necessary tests… His analysis of the stone sample I sent was 91% cholesterol and the rest was bile salts, water and inert ingredients. In other words, the sample had the chemical contents of gall stones. And the report clearly states it was gall stones".
FOLLOW UP Take supplements to help your body to heal, including vitamins A,B,C,E and minerals especially magnesium and potassium. Also methionine, choline, inositol and lecithin. And whatever else your body tells you it needs. Stop eating deep-fried foods and any oils other than those that are cold pressed. Stop eating microwaved food. Suggested improvements to your diet are given in "A secret of anti-aging". Drink 2 litres of good water a day (not distilled water - the energy has been changed). Once you have cleaned your gall bladder, the next step for you to regain perfect health may be to do a colon cleanse or a parasite cleanse.
"Classic Coke" Liver Flush and Gallbladder Flush
AT BEDTIME take the following:
THE NEXT MORNING UPON AWAKENING: · 10 ounces Citrate of Magnesium. (Magnesium Citrate (White powder) is magnesium salt of citric acid. Chemical formula: Mg3(C6H5O7)2 + xH2O It is possible to order it in pharmacy. It is almost always deluted with water.)
FOR NEXT 30 DAYS: Drink 4 oz. apple juice FIRST THING in the morning and LAST THING at night. Apple juice should be freshly pressed! This will help to decrease the side effects of the flush such as nausea and headache.
Watch the toilet with bowel movements. Following the flush, next few hours or few days, hundreds of stones may be dumped out of the gallbladder.

Shopping list for Gallbladder Cleanse - per individual
If you do this cleanse in the fall, look for freshly-pressed, raw apple juice in the supermarket. Or, if you have an apple press, you could use freshly made apple juice. Otherwise, bottled, unsweetened apple juice is fine.
Doing the Cleanse When you do the gallbladder cleanse, you will be performing a bloodless operation. There will be no pain and no scar tissue. The little bit of discomfort you will experience will be well worth it because of the increased health benefits.
The gallbladder cleanse takes 4 days to complete and is simple and inexpensive. Each day for 4 days you drink up to 1 gallon of apple juice and up to 1 gallon of distilled water. You will not feel hungry. The apple juice will give you energy. Take it easy during this time to allow the body to work on cleansing.
This is not the time to do hard physical work. Each morning or evening, do a saltwater flush or an enema to help remove toxins that are being released (see page 17). It is important to take a daily saltwater flush or enema because poisons settle in the rectum and these poisons need to be expelled from the body before they cause problems.
Drinking the Oil On the evening of the third night when you are tired and ready for bed, drink 1/2 cup of virgin olive oil or cold pressed peanut oil. Don't buy the refined oils sold in supermarkets. Natural foods stores sell unrefined oil. Chill the oil - it tastes better cold and use a straw to sip it. It is better to not let it touch the lips to minimize the unpleasantness of the oil.
Right after taking the 1/2 cup of olive oil, drink 1/4 cup of fresh squeezed lemon juice. Then go directly to bed and lie down on your right side with two pillows under the right hip. The pillows slant the body so that the oil will leave the stomach faster and go down into the duct area and into the gallbladder. As you rest, the oil will be saturating and cleansing the body tissues. It will feel awkward, but this is the most effective position for the oil to do its work in expelling the gallstones. You may change your position after 4 or 5 hours.
Reactions to Cleanse After drinking the oil and lemon, you may feel like burping or vomiting. You might sip on a little tomato juice. The acid and the salt in the juice help cut the oil. Don't drink more than a tablespoon or so of the tomato juice. You might want to just hold it in your mouth and then spit it out. Sometime during the night, you may vomit or be nauseated. This is caused by the gallbladder ejecting the stones with such force that it shoots the oil back into the stomach. When the oil returns to the stomach, you get sick. You may be able to feel the expulsion of stones. It will not be a sharp pain, just a mild contraction. In all honesty, you may spend a miserable night. But it is only one night of discomfort. Recovery from conventional gallbladder surgery involves many months of pain and suffering as the scar tissue mends.
Rewards from the Cleanse You will soon have the reward of seeing the gallstones out of your body. These stones will no longer be interfering with normal body functions. Put your mind on how much more dynamic you will feel after the cleanse. Many people report having increased stamina after this cleanse. We have known about this cleanse for several years, but we did not think we had gallstones, so we saw no need to investigate further. We were surprised to learn that almost every adult who does this cleanse, passes gallstones. Even though we now eat a more natural diet, there were many years when we ate the Standard American Diet. Those gallstones that we passed during the cleanse had been sitting in our body, obstructing the body's natural functions, for many years. We are glad they are now out.
Fourth Day On the morning after drinking the oil, you will probably want to lie in bed and take it easy. Use the time for prayer and quiet meditation. You might want to watch videos or listen to cassette tapes or read. You won't be in pain. Continue drinking apple juice and distilled water.
Passing the Stones Sometime during the fourth day you will probably have a bowel movement. Check the toilet water carefully. When you pass gallstones, you should see them floating near the top of the toilet water. You won't feel pain when they are expelled. The oil makes them slick and the lemon juice takes the sharpness out. The stones are soft when they pass. The stones can be the size of tiny pebbles or as large as the end of your thumb. The stones come in different shades of green and may be bright colored and shiny like gemstones. The color comes from the bile. The light colored stones are the newest. Blackish stones are the oldest. Some people say that when they passed their stones, the toilet water looked like balls of bright green grass.
It is exciting to actually see gallstones that were once inside your body. It is rewarding to see them out of your body where they can do you no more harm. Because they are softened, they seem waxy, rather than stony. They may also be coated with fecal matter. You can get a colander or strainer and try fishing the stones out and washing them off. It is not unusual to expel 100 or more gallstones after doing this cleanse. Continue doing daily saltwater flushes or enemas for 2 or 3 more days after you expel the gallstones to help clean out the toxins that are coming into the colon from the cleanse.
After you have passed the gallstones, you will experience increased stamina. Don't pig out on the fifth day. The body has slowed down and it will take 3 or 4 days to rebuild to a normal diet. For 3 or 4 days following the fast, eat plenty of raw fruits and vegetables and drink unsweetened juices to restart the digestive mechanisms. Eat small meals and watch to see if there is pain after eating. If so, go more slowly. Fruits are easiest to digest. On the second day after the cleanse, a simple vegetable soup with plenty of broth is good.
